How rankings work

No contractor can pay to improve their ranking. No contractor can edit their own score or sentiment summary. If a listed business believes its factual details, such as address, phone number, or services offered, are wrong, it can submit a correction request. We will verify and update the facts. The score and ranking remain untouched.
How sponsorship works
Some listings carry a “Sponsored” label. Sponsored slots appear in a clearly marked section, separate from the earned rankings list. Paying for a sponsored slot does not move a contractor up the organic rankings, does not alter their score, and does not change the sentiment summary shown on their profile.
Sponsorship is a visibility product only. The separation is permanent and non-negotiable.

If you are a listed business and need to correct a factual error, or if you are a consumer who has spotted outdated information, contact us through the corrections form on any listing page. We aim to review submissions within five working days.

- No. Listings are added from public data at no charge to the contractor.
- Can a contractor remove itself from the directory?
- A contractor can request removal by contacting us. We will review the request and act on it where reasonable.
- How often are scores updated?
- Scores are recalculated periodically as new review data becomes available. There is no fixed public schedule, but most listings are refreshed at least quarterly.
- Are the Google reviews on this site written by PJ Aircond Companies?
